SoulFuel is committed to creating full flavored meals to nourish the body. Our team uses culinary experience, nutritional knowledge, and wellness guidance to craft stunning dishes that fuel your life. We strive to be innovative with the best ingredients and take inspirations from all around the world. We are here to fuel you.
We believe
Food does so much more than fuel our bodies. It is comforting, cultural, and celebrational all in one plate. Everything we eat should be hearty, healthy, and always delicious. Each week we work with different chefs to bring you the best culinary creations. Sourcing local ingredients allows us to get the freshest ingredients to craft meals that taste and help you feel great.
Meet Chef Da-Chen
While studying business in France his passion for food led him to work in kitchens. He staged in many Michelin starred restaurants such as Le Petite Nice Passedat and Deux Fenêtres. After graduating SDSU he went to spend many years cooking in some of San Diego’s top restaurants including Herb and Wood. He believes that food has the power to create healthy and happy lives. Combine his love of food and his aspirations to help others and that’s where SoulFuel was born.
Flavor first
My mission is to bring good food and great people around the table. Growing up my grandparents always told me if it tastes really good it’s probably not healthy. You should never have to choose between flavor or fitness. Taking a holistic approach to food allows the many benefits of food to nourish you body and your heart. As your lifestyle evolves food is an important component to help you succeed. Food has the power to create healthy and happy people as long as it is delicious and nutritious. Welcome to the family and I look forward to serving you.
